According to figures available from the Election Commission of India at 9:35, below is the party-wise status of Maharashtra.

Trends are available for 207 out of 288 seats for the assembly in the state. The BJP Shiv Sena combine have 35+33 seats in their favour while the INC (Congress) and the NCP alliance are leading in 54+43 seats.
